Returns Policy
Caroline Harris Appearance Medicine Product Returns Policy.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will assist you where possible, to arrange a replacement or a full refund. If the item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with images of your parcel and the damage so we may lodge a claim with NZ Post as soon as possible.

No Change of Mind Returns or product exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.
Opened or Unsealed Products: Returns for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not accepted unless there is a fault with the product. Please contact us before returning a faulty product.
Sales of online gift vouchers are final. Gift vouchers may be used in clinic or online, they do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
